Please note, all products are custom made, not stocked to order. In the event of a defective product, we will make every effort to address the situation, however we cannot accept returns for other reasons. If you receive a product that is either defective, or incorrect (e.g. not the size specified in your order), please send us a photo of the product, clearly showing the defect in question.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
